Co-founder and President of Trinity Pharma Solutions, John has over 20 years consulting experience in pharmaceuticals and biotechnology with particular interests in commercialization strategy, data management, and analytics.

Co-founder and President of Trinity Pharma Solutions, John has over 20 years consulting experience in pharmaceuticals and biotechnology with particular interests in commercialization strategy, data management, and analytics. He is also the founder and President of Trinity Partners, a leading life sciences consulting firm that provides strategic and tactical insights to clients worldwide.

Prior to Trinity, John co-founded Soteira, a venture-backed medical device company that pioneered innovative solutions for treating vertebral compression fractures caused by osteoporosis, cancer, and traumatic injuries, and today is a member of the company’s board of directors. John also co-founded biotech communications software company, AkutaLabs, and Odyl, LLC, a New York-based company that has developed a unique technology platform in the social media space. John sits on the board of directors of the Sports Legacy Institute, a Boston-based non-profit that is studying the effects of concussions and other sports related brain injuries on athletes worldwide.

John graduated from Harvard College and has graduate degrees from the Kennedy School at Harvard and Northeastern.

Zackary King
Senior Vice President and General Manager

As Co-founder, Senior Vice President, and General Manager of Trinity Pharma Solutions, Zack is passionate about fully realizing the company's vision of becoming the premier provider of next generation sales insights to the global life sciences industry.  He is responsible for the company's overall strategy, operations, sales and technology advancement. 

As Co-founder, Senior Vice President, and General Manager of Trinity Pharma Solutions, Zack is passionate about fully realizing the company's vision of becoming the premier provider of next generation sales insights to the global life sciences industry.  He is responsible for the company's overall strategy, operations, sales and technology advancement. 

With over sixteen years experience managing high-tech companies and projects in Europe and the United States Zack has spent much of his career providing innovative solutions for clients such as Gillette, Johnson & Johnson, and a number of start-ups.  Prior to starting Trinity in 2002, Zack held senior positions with ZEFER, an Internet consulting and services firm that closed $160M in funding with clients that included Morgan Stanley, Citigroup, Citizens Bank, Siemens, Lucent, and a range of new venture companies. Also, during the Gulf War, Zack served in the United States Army with the 101st Airborne Division as a combat flight paramedic.

Zack holds a BS in Computer Science from Bentley University.

Frank Lane
Vice President, Customer Solutions

As a founding member of Trinity Pharma Solutions, Frank spearheads customer operations ensuring clients get the most from their Trinity solutions. Frank also plays an intregral role in product development and strategy; introducing new products to existing clients and building upon our customer partnerships.

Frank is a results-driven leader who combines deep life sciences domain expertise and operational excellence to lead cross-functional teams that deliver customer-first solutions. Frank has designed, built, deployed, and managed data management and business intelligence solutions for clients ranging from mid-tier Pharma to blockbuster status across a number of specialty and retail markets.

Prior to joining Trinity in 2003, Frank worked in the data-rich insurance industry with Travelers Insurance to streamline operations and provide insightful analytics by deploying cutting edge data analytics solutions. Previously Frank was a consultant at Tallan, a technology services and consulting firm.

Frank holds a BA in Computer Science and Economics from Trinity College.

Don Nguyen
Director, Products and Technology

As the Director of Products and Technology for Trinity Pharma Solutions, Don serves as Trinity’s  technical thought leader and is responsible for our solution roadmap and the development of our next generation data management and analytic applications.

As the Director of Products and Technology for Trinity Pharma Solutions, Don serves as Trinity’s  technical thought leader and is responsible for our solution roadmap and the development of our next generation data management and analytic applications. Leading a cross-functional team of software engineers, database experts, and business intelligence developers, he actively contributes to the success of all of our clients. With over 16 years of experience in enterprise data architecture, software design, and development, Don has designed and implemented large scale, mission critical B2B and B2C enterprise solutions for clients such as Johnson & Johnson, Citizen’s Bank, Siemens, and Barnes & Noble. He has a broad range of expertise in system integration and customization, and specializes in commercial software such as Cognos, WebSphere, and Microsoft Office SharePoint and CRM.

Prior to joining Trinity in 2003, Don was Manager of Software Architecture with ZEFER, an Internet consulting and services firm and led technical engagements for fortune 100 companies across industry sectors.

Don holds a BS in Computer Science from University of Massachusetts.

Brian Irwin
Sr. Director, Client Development and Strategy

As Director of Sales and Strategy, Brian is responsible for all sales and revenue related initiatives while serving as a key strategist for growing and expanding Trinity’s brand and business.

Brian has over 11 years of experience in a variety of sales and leadership roles within the life sciences industry.Areas of impact and focus for Brian have included organizational leadership, executive account management, and strategic enterprise development. Most recently, Brian served as the President and Managing Director at Informa Training Partners, a company focused on Clinical and Managed Market training solutions devoted exclusively to pharmaceutical, biotech, and med device companies. Additionally, Brian spent 9 years with Takeda Pharmaceuticals N.A. in positions of increasing scope, leadership, and organizational development.

Brian holds a BA in Biology and Natural Sciences from St. Anselm College.
